GB/T 8423的本部分界定了石油天然氣工業(yè)工程技術(shù)服務(wù)專(zhuān)用的術(shù)語(yǔ)及定義。本部分適用于石油天然氣工程技術(shù)服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,石油天然氣工業(yè)其他領(lǐng)域可參照使用。
本部分對(duì)石油天然氣工業(yè)使用的螺桿泵地面驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證和有效性、制造和數(shù)據(jù)控制、性能評(píng)價(jià)和維修等方面提出了要求。本部分適用于滿(mǎn)足地面驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置定義的產(chǎn)品。同時(shí),附錄提供了剎車(chē)系統(tǒng)的選擇、安裝、操作以及抽油桿的選擇和使用等信息。除了整體設(shè)計(jì),本部分不涵蓋以下設(shè)備:底部驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、抽油桿、光桿卡瓦、密封盒、電控設(shè)備、儀表、外部電源轉(zhuǎn)換設(shè)備、輔助設(shè)備(如皮帶、皮帶輪和設(shè)備護(hù)罩)。其他標(biāo)準(zhǔn)里可能會(huì)覆蓋這些設(shè)備的內(nèi)容。

This International Standard provides a comprehensive basis for the collection of reliability and maintenance (RM) data in a standard format for equipment in all facilities and operations within the petroleum, natural gas and petrochemical industries during the operational life cycle of equipment. It describes data-collection principles and associated terms and definitions that constitute a \"reliability language\" that can be useful for communicating operational experience. The failure modes defined in the normative part of this International Standard can be used as a \"reliability thesaurus\" for various quantitative as well as qualitative applications. This International Standard also describes data quality control and assurance practices to provide guidance for the user. Standardization of data-collection practices facilitates the exchange of information between parties, e. g. plants, owners, manufacturers and contractors. This International Standard establishes requirements that any in-house or commercially available RM data system is required to meet when designed for RM data exchange. Examples, guidelines and principles for the exchange and merging of such RM data are addressed. This standard also provides framework and guideline for establishing performance objectives and requirements for equipment reliability and availability performance. This document provides requirements for the design, design verification and validation, manufacturing and data control, performance ratings, functional evaluation, repair, handling and storage of progressing cavity pumps for use in the petroleum and natural gas industry. This part of ISO 15136 is applicable to those products meeting the definition of progressing cavity pumps (PCP) included herein. Connections to the drive string and tubulars are not covered. This International Standard includes normative annexes that establish requirements for: characterization and testing of stator elastomer material, design validation and functional evaluation. Additionally, informative annexes provide information for PCP elastomer selection and testing, installation, startup and operation guidelines, equipment selection and application guidelines, functional specification form, used pump evaluation, drive string selection and use, repair and reconditioning procedures and auxiliary equipment. Equipment not covered by the requirements of this part of ISO 15136 includes: bottom drive systems except for the PCP components, drive string components and auxiliary equipment such as tag bars, gas separators and torque anchors.
